No. If one is referred by a physician or other health care professional, please mention this when making inquiries.

What insurance do you accept?

I will bill any insurance but am only on the panel for Medicare. The amount your insurance will pay depends on your contract with them. My billing service will happily provide you with an estimate based on the information you provide. (HMO only coverage will not cover out of network care.)

Do you accept Medicare and if so, what types?

I accept traditional Medicare. Plans labeled ‘Advantage’ or ‘Complete’ are not traditional Medicare.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Services may be paid by cash, check, or with debit/credit cards. I accept Medicare and several other forms of insurance. I am unable to accept Medicaid. Please inquire for specifics.

I used to see you for therapy. Can I come back?

A good therapy relationship can be a lifetime resource. I welcome you to return for any reason and will accommodate you as quickly as possible.
